| DESCRIPTION |

The TeleCaller Database is a customer
database which can be used as a telemarketing tool for a small marketing
business or simply to store contact information. Functionally of the
database is available from a simple front-end menu.
Contact data can be entered manually or imported from an Excel spreadsheet.
The database will store private contacts and contacts which are grouped with
their company details.
Up to 50 questions can be entered into the database which are used by the
call dealers. Details about the call are stored along with answers to the
questions. |

The stored
information can be presented in a report detailing totals for each week.
This information can also be exported to a spreadsheet in a readable
presentation.
The TeleCaller Database also comes with a complete set of comprehensive help files. |
