The Appointment Booking Database is a
complete appointment booking system suitable for a small business,
organisation or practise. All functionally of the database is available from a
simple front-end menu. The system may be configured to match the details of the
person with whom an appointment is made by using eight descriptor fields. Appointments are entered using a simple appointment plan. This plan can be printed displaying
all appointments for the day or a list of appointments for each person with whom appointments are made. |

Appointment
duration and the period start and finish times can be configured.
Appointments can also be locked and unlocked. The database stores the
client's information along with a client number for ease of location. This
database can be used in a very simple situation or one where up to 15
persons with whom appointments are made. Data can be archived to maintain
the smooth running of the database.
