The Customer Database is a valuable tool for keeping track of
your customers. From a simple menu the user can select the required
task. Customers are categorized so they can be put into user
definable groups. For example potential interested possible long
standing etc. There are also user definable events such as called
sent information placed order etc. Customers are placed against
events building up a history. Mail labels for all
customers or those of a particular category can be printed. A mail shot can be sent to
those customers with an e-mail address. There is also a very powerful
query builder so information on customers can be obtained and
printed.
This database can also be used
in conjunction with the
Orders and
Campsite databases.
Customer details held by these databases is passed to the Customer
Database giving the user all the facilities as described above.
