This form is used to enter customers against events and build up a history for that customer. The customer is selected from the list at the top of the form. New customers can be added by clicking on the 'ADD' button. A user definable event such as 'Enquired, Called, Made a visit etc' is selected from a list and the date and time is entered. There is a comments box where extra text can be entered.
