The system first presents the front-end menu screen. User selects the required task such as entering a campsite booking, view campsite bookings and configure camping field and pitch options. Below is a selection of screens from the Campsite Database. |

| When clicking on the VIEW Booking Plan button of the main menu, a plan containing 31days is displayed. The red cross denotes that a booking exists for the date at the top of the column and on the pitch for the row heading. Clicking on the cross will display the booking details. |

| The form below contains the booking details, displayed when user clicks on the red cross for the booking. This form can also be displayed from the main menu. |

| Camping charges are entered manually or automatically using the charging table. Party members are put into categories and pitches are put into types. Charges are entered for each date, member category and pitch type. A very simple or comprehensive charging structure can be used. |

| The Campsite Database stores details of camping fields present on your site. Your site may have just one field or many fields in the case of larger campsites. The field can also contain pitches of just one type or many different types. |

| The Campsite Database also provides reports detailing who is on site and booking reference numbers for a particular date. The booking plan can also be printed as seen below. |
