The Task Manager Database is an ideal tool for keeping track of a large number of regular tasks.

The Task Manager Database generates routine tasks. All functionally of the database is available from a simple front-end menu. Routine tasks are generated from a task schedule and placed in a plan for each week of the year. Tasks are then tracked and when completed, details are then entered and saved. Items apon which tasks are performed are described using six descriptor fields. Tasks are given a code and a period when the task is repeated. The database stores a list of human resources available to carryout tasks. Resources are given a proficiency so only qualified personnel can carryout certain tasks. This proficiency is topped-up when tasks are performed.

This database can be used in very simple situations or ones where a large number of tasks need to be tracked. Data can be archived to maintain the smooth running of the database.

The Task Manager Database retails at £499.99 for a single standalone installation. A key is required to be purchased each year at around £99. Reductions are available when purchasing more than one key.
