| When clicking on the VIEW Booking Plan button of the main menu, a plan containing 31days is displayed. The red cross denotes that a booking exists for the date at the top of the column and in the room for the row heading. Clicking on the cross will display the booking details. |

| Room charges are entered manually or automatically using the charging table. Party members are put into categories and rooms are put into types. Charges are entered for each date, member category and room type. A very simple or comprehensive charging structure can be used. |
