Room information is held in the data tables of the system. Small hotels or guest houses with only a small number of rooms to medium size hotels with a larger number of rooms can be stored by the system. Rooms can be categorised by placing into groups and types meeting the needs of hotel owners providing different room options.

A charging table facility covers the very simplest of charging structures to those of a very comprehensive nature. When bookings are entered the room charge is either manually entered or the charging table is used to calculate the charge.
Customer details are held in a booking table. Also a list of party members can be entered. Reports provide the hotel or guest house owner with which rooms are booked and names of persons on site.
