The Appointment Booking Database is a small appointments booking system which can be configured to suit your business, organisation or practise.

All functionally of the database is available from a simple front-end menu. The system may be configured to match the details of the person with whom an appointment is made by using eight descriptor fields.
Appointments are entered using a simple appointment plan. This plan can be printed displaying all appointments for the day or a list of appointments for each person with whom appointments are made.
Appointment duration and the period start and finish times can be configured. Appointments can also be locked and unlocked.
The database stores the client's information along with a client number for ease of location. This database can be used in a very simple situation or one where up to 15 persons with whom appointments are made.
Data can be archived to maintain the smooth running of the database.
